Ronna has a bachelor's in Mass Media Communications and a Master of Liberal Arts in History from Henderson State University, and a MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Ronna has also served as a student support specialist in the distance education department, helping students learn the tools available to them as online students.
